User Research
An extremely large corporation was beginning a branding update, and wanted
their corporate website to reflect their new initiative. But they
had no idea what they really wanted, with very undefined goals.
So our team (I was Lead Information Architect) did interviews with
customers and stakeholders, competitive assessments and market research, and
created conceptual models for both the current Thomson site and
our proposed redesign. This presentation
